Dancing for Hitler
Oda Schottmüller was a German dancer and choreograph. During WW2 she
performed for the troops, but she was also working for "Rote Kapelle", a
German resistance group, and Soviet spy ring. Gestapo made a strike against the
group, and Oda was condemned to death.
In the evening of August 5, 1943 at 7.18 p.m. Oda went to the guillotine inside
the prison of Plötzensee, Berlin. She was then 38 years old.
